If a class or workshop does not meet the threshold of enrollment it will be cancelled no later than 30 days prior to the start date.

A full refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 72 hours of the cancellation announcement. You will receive the returned funds in accordance with your financial institutions timeframe.

Cut It Kinky is not responsible for additional monies paid towards non-refundable hotel, flights, rental cars, or other travel expenses.

In the case of illness classes/workshops/certifications will not be canceled, however a qualified alternative educator will be appointed to lead the sessions

Your class or workshop registration is refundable within 48 hours of purchase.

No full or partial refunds will be issued after the 48 hour grace period.

After 48 hours you are eligible for one workshop enrollment transfer to another DISRUPT Certification taking place within 6 months..

If we are unable to process your payment plan on the date due you will have a grace of 5 days to change your form of payment in our system. 

If we are unable to charge at that 2nd time, your payment plan will be cancelled and full payment for the workshop will be due within 5 days.

If your workshp is less than 30 days from your last payment and that payment fails, your remaining balance is due immediately. An invoice will be sent. If we do not receive payment on the invoice within 48 hours you will forfeit monies paid and will not be able to attend the workshop.

Failure to remit payment for the payment plan as laid out here will forfeit any previously paid balance and you will not be allowed to attend the workshop.

The Process, Product Culture: The Tight Tight Curl Manual is a great resource to reference to at any time. You can purchase and review prior to class/workshop attendance. However the manual is not mandatory or a prerequisite to any of our educational offerings. All classes/workshops provide a comprehensive learning experience.

All 2025 Cut It Kinky Workshops will take place at Nourish Atelier 3035 State St. Peachtree City, GA 30269 unless otherwise noted.

We understand that unfortunate circumstances happen. Please notify us by email at least 45 days prior to your workshop.

If you have contacted us 45 days or more prior to your workshop you will be invited to join us in another DISRUPT Certification taking place within 6 months of your initial certification session..

Only ONE session transfer will be granted. That transfer will only apply to another DISRUPT and not to any other class or workshop.

After 6 months you forfeit the investment

If you have contacted us within the 45 day window prior to the certification your ability to shift to another certification date will be dependent upon our ability to fill your seat.

We will take the necessary steps to try to fill the space but if we are unable to on such short notice you are responsible for attending the workshop you registered for,

We appreciate that other companies may be able to be more flexible. Unfortunately as a micro business operating without sponsorship, funding, or other investments, our existence relies solely on class/workshop enrollment.
