  • As a courtesy we prefer clients to cancel their appointments at least 48 hours prior to their appointments. We understand that life be lifin so please reach out if something comes up. We do not take deposits or cancellation fees. But if you no show me, you will be forever banned from my schedule.

  • I do not provide refunds. If you are unhappy with your service you will be invited to share the issue during your appointment, at the end of the appointment and within the 24-48 hour follow-up.

    If something is amiss it is your responsibility to speak up and communicate so that I have the opportunity to correct the issue with your hair.

    I understand that traditionally it may have been difficult in the past to communicate displeasure to your stylist due to fear of a negative reaction. I do not take constructive feedback personally and strive to address the issue immediately rather than stewing. Thank you for understanding.

  • Nourish Atelier is a small 600 sq ft space meant for a pleasant relaxed ambiance. Please leave guests at home that are not being serviced.

    If you have a nursing baby or elderly parent that you care for please reach out to make that known so we can accommodate you. Toddlers may be allowed on an individual basis.

    If you are wanting to bring a friend with you for moral support please be sure to book them an appointment as well.

  • No, we do not service clients under the age of 16.

    We do hold community classes for parents and young teens to learn how to care for their natural hair.

  • I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover along with cash, Zelle if necessary. No checks please.
